摘要:
利用硝酸铵与尿素诱导的低温燃烧反应及溶胶膜的分相现象,在低温300 ℃下制备了具有仿生表面形态的锐钛型TiO2薄膜。SEM观察表明,溶胶中不外加水的情况下,获得的薄膜表面分布有尺寸约1 μm的圆台状或圆形片状粒子; 而在有外加水的情况下,薄膜显示了由尺寸约200 nm的不规则粒子修饰的表面形态,薄膜表面粒子的尺寸、形状、分布密度等可通过改变硝酸铵、尿素及水的比例、涂膜次数等条件加以控制。所合成的TiO2薄膜显示了超亲水性及优异的可见光透过性能。
Abstract:
Anatase TiO2 thin films with biomimetic morphology have been prepared at 300 ℃ through low-temperature combustion reaction andphase separation induced by ammonium nitrate and urea.SEM observations indicatethat the TiO2 film shows round cake-like particles about 1 μm in diameter or irregular particles about 200 nm modified morphology when the film is prepared using sol without and with extraneous water,respectively.The size,shape and distribution density of the particles can be controlled by adjustingthe amount of ammonium nitrate,urea and water or coating times.The films showsuperhydrophilicity and excellent visible light transmittance.
