摘要:
吸附法油气回收技术中,吸附剂的再生是一个难点和研究重点。微波加热作为一种新的再生技术,受到人们日益的重视。实验考察了微波功率和活性炭微孔结构对活性炭升温的影响。结果表明:微波功率和活性炭的温升成正相关,而且孔容越小的活性炭,升温速率越快、温度越高。然后利用正交试验方法,考察微波功率、辐照时间、活性炭量和氮气流量对吸附了汽油油气的富活性炭的再生率和损耗率的影响。得出各因素对两个指标的影响顺序为微波功率>辐照时间>活性炭量>氮气流量,并得到最优方案为微波功率300 W、辐照时间240 s、活
