摘要:
体积压裂产生的裂缝网络不同程度地影响裂缝的导流能力,从而影响油气井的产能。把体积压裂产生的裂缝看做是一个矩形凹槽,利用带有不同连接方式凹槽的模板来模拟经过体积压裂产生的裂缝网络,其凹槽的截面形状、大小相同,连接方式不同。把储层经过体积压裂产生的裂缝网络看做有若干个凹槽相互并连或串连而成。用实验方法测量每个模板凹槽的总长度以及通过凹槽的流体流量和模板两端流体的压力差。结果表明,通过不同连接方式凹槽的流体流量相同时,模板两端的压力梯度不同;说明体积压裂产生的裂缝网络不同程度的影响到流体的导流能力。建立了在达西渗流条件下的裂缝网络导流能力计算模型,并用实验方法回归出不同连接方式裂缝的导流能力经验公式,从而得出体积压裂产生的裂缝网络的导流能力的计算公式,为油气井的产能预测提供理论基础。
Abstract:
The fracture network created by volume fracturing have an influence on fracture conductivity at different levels, thus affecting the productivity of the oilgas wells. Regarding the fracture as a rectangular groove, using the models which have different connections of rectangular grooves to simulate the fracture network which created by volume fracturing, the rectangular grooves,in the models, have a same crosssectional shape and size,and its connection ways are different. Regarding the reservoir fractures which created by the volume fracturing as fracture networks compacted by several grooves in series or in parallel. The total length of grooves in every model, the fluid flow which through the grooves and the pressure difference in the two ends of models is tested in the experiment. The result shows that the pressure gradient at the two ends of the model are different when the fluid flows through the grooves which connection ways are different are same. It proves that the fracture network created by volume fracturing have different influence on fracture conductivity. This research builds a calculation model of the fracture network conductivity under the condition of Darcy seepage and use experimental methods to obtain an empirical formula of different connecting fractures and obtain the calculation formula of fracture network conductivity, provide a theoretical basis for the prediction of oilgas well productivity.
