采用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)中空纤维膜蒸馏组件对气田含甲醇废水进行真空膜蒸馏处理,研究探讨了料液温度、进料浓度和冷侧真空度对膜通量和分离因子的影响,通过试验得出用PVDF膜和PTFE膜处理甲醇废水的最佳条件,并对比分析综合考虑了两种膜的处理效果。在温度45 ℃,进料流量为10 L/h,真空度10 kPa的操作条件下,PTFE膜分离质量分数为35%的甲醇废水效果更好,分离因子可达8.46,膜通量3.10 kg·m-2·h-1。采用真空膜蒸溜法,质量分数为35% 的甲醇废水溶液经处理后可降至0.01%以下。
Abstract:
The removal of methanol from wastewater was carried out by vacuum membrane distillation(VMD)with microporous polypropylene PTFE and PVDF membrane. The effects of feed temperature, feed concentration, vacuum degree on flux and separation factor are investigated. The best conditions of methanol wastewater treatment by PVDF membrane and PTFE membrane was obtained through the experiment film, and a comparative analysis of the treatment efficiency of this two kinds of film was made. At a temperature of 45 ℃, the feed flow rate is 10L/h, the vacuum degree of 10kPa operating conditions, PTFE membrane separation concentration 35% methanol wastewater was better. The separation factor is 8.46. And membrane flux is 3.10 kg·m-2·h-1. By vacuum membrane distillation(VMD), the concentration of up to 35% solution of methanol treated wastewater can be reduced to 0.01%
