摘要:
以4-硝基苯酚、N-甲基-N-羟乙基苯胺、溴代异丁酰溴等作为原料通过取代、重氮偶合等多步反应制备了一种含偶氮苯结构的引发剂单体(AZO-Br)。以AZO-Br为引发剂,氯化亚铜(CuCl)/三-(N,N-二甲基氨基乙基)胺(Me6TREN)为催化体系,异丙醇和水为溶剂,在25 ℃下,经原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)技术引发N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)的聚合。使用核磁共振(1H NMR)和三检测体积排除色谱(TD-SEC)对制备的聚合物进行分子表征。结果表明,成功制备出较高支化度(g’为0.556)的支化聚异丙基丙烯酰胺(BPNIPAM)。
Abstract:
An inimer(AZO-Br)with azobenzene group was synthesized by substitution reaction, diazotization, coupling reaction and so on, using some common reactants, such as 4-nitrophenol, N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-N-methylaniline, 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide. Then the branched poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(BPNIPAM)was obtained using AZO-Br to initiate the polymerization of NIPAM via atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP)at 25 ℃ using isopropanol and water as solvent, and CuCl/tris[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]amine(Me6TREN)as the catalyst. The obtained polymers were characterized and analysed by 1H NMR and TD-SEC. Results showed that the degree of branching(g’)of BPNIPAM was 0.556.
