摘要:
为探究临界退火(即奥氏体和铁素体相区)时间对温轧中锰钢组织性能的影响规律,文章以Fe-0.21C-0.20Si-6.1Mn-0.97Al温轧中锰钢为研究对象,借助SEM和XRD微观组织表征手段和力学性能测试方法,探究了中锰钢在不同退火时间(10 min,1 h和12 h)下的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明:温轧中锰钢的机械性能对热处理时间就有极大的依赖性,随着热处理时间从10 min增至1 h,实验钢的力学性能增加,随着退火时间进一步增加至12 h,实验钢的力学性能降低; 随着退火时间延长,实验钢的晶粒尺寸增加,微观形貌从板条状逐渐变为等轴状; 残余奥氏体的体积分数和机械稳定性随着热处理时间从10 min增至12 h,均呈现先升高后降低的趋势。因此可以通过调控热处理时间对中锰钢微观组织和力学性能综合调控。
Abstract:
So as to investigate the influence of intercritical annealing time on microstructure and mechanical properties of medium Mn steels based on the results of SEM, XRD and tensile properties,a Fe-0.21C-0.20Si-6.1Mn-0.97Al alloy was treated at different annealing times(10 min, 1 h and 12 h)in this papers. The results showed that the increase in annealing times from 10 min to 1 h led to the increase in mechanical properties of warm rolled medium Mn steels, as the annealing time further increased to 12 h, the mechanical properties of the experimental steel decreased; the increase in annealing time led to the increase in average grain size and the equiaxed microstructure ratio; with the increase of annealing time from 10 min to 12 h, the retained austenite fraction and stability increased firstly, and then decreased. Based on the above results, it can be inferred that the microstructure and mechanical properties of medium Mn steel could be controlled by controlling the annealing time.
