摘要:
以GDX-103 色谱填充柱分离, 二乙二醇乙醚为内标物, 气相色谱法测定二乙二醇甲醚含量, 该法快速、准确、重现性 好。回收率在97.6 %～ 99.4 %, 相对标准偏差为0.17 %。
Abstract:
The contents of diethyleneglycol monomethyl ether were determined with gas chromatog raphy by using stainless steel column (2 m ×3 mm i.d.)packed wi th GDX -103 .The quantitative determination was perfo rmed with carbitol as the internal standard .The method was simple and rapid .The average recovery of diethyleneglycol monomethyl ether w as (97.6 ～ 99.4)%.The result showed good linearity (r =0.996 9)and relative standard deviation was 0.17 %.
