摘要:
介绍了载Sn (Ⅱ) 沸石催化剂的制备方法及其在催化合成偏苯三酸三辛酯中的应用, 考察了反应温度、时间和催化剂量 对反应深度和产品色泽的影响。研究表明, 以载S n (Ⅱ) 沸石作催化剂, 通过控制反应条件, 可以不经水洗、脱色, 得到合格 的产品, 有效简化了生产工艺。催化剂易于分离, 可以重复使用。
Abstract:
Supported cataly st Sn (Ⅱ)/Zeolite (content s 4.39 %SnO), which was activated at 400 ℃-500 ℃for 40 min -60 min , w as used as catalyst in the synthesis of Triocty l 1 , 2 , 4 -benzenecarboxy late .Factors on the extent of react ion and chroma of product , such as temperature , reaction time and catalyst consumpt ion w ere discussed .The optional reaction conditions w ere that the molar ratio of acid/octanol w as 1∶4.3 ;the catalyst content w as 2.2 % (mass f ract ion);the reaction temperature was 180 ℃-200 ℃ and the react ion time w as about 120 min -180 mins .Salable product w as produced through a simple production f low without neut ralization and decolour .This catalyst w as easy to be separated f rom the product and can be reused for more than 4 times by simply being treated w ith alcohol after each reaction .
