摘要:
对石油焦的物性进行测定和分析表明, 石油焦的着火难易程度介于烟煤和无烟煤之间。在石油焦中添加固硫剂, 研究了 石油焦燃烧过程中的脱硫效率。当固硫剂与石油焦中硫含量的物质的量比为3.0 时, 脱硫率可达80 %。在热重分析装置上分别 研究了添加固硫剂和不同气化剂对石油焦燃烧性能的影响。固硫剂对石油焦的燃烧具有催化助燃作用。
Abstract:
The physical property test and analysis for petroleum coke showed that the difficulty of pet roleum coke′s kindling is between those of soft coal and blind coal.The desulfurat ion agent was added in pet roleum coke and burnt together , the desulfuration efficiency was studied .When the mole ratio of desulfuration agent to sulfur in petroleum coke arrived at three , the proportion of desulfuration reached more than 80 percent .The inf luence of desulfuration agent and different g asification agent on petroleum coke combustion was studied w ith thermal analysis apparatus .The desulfuration agent could cataly tically facilitate combustion of pet roleum coke .
