摘要:
利用荧光探针溴化乙锭(EB) 研究了茶多酚与DNA 相互作用时其荧光光谱的变化。实验表明, 在实验质量浓度范围内, 茶多酚对EB -DNA 体系的荧光强度的抑制率几乎成线性关系, 随它们质量浓度的增加, 抑制率也升高, 其半抑制质量浓度为 0.5 mg/ m L;茶多酚的荧光抑制率随质量浓度的变化不存在饱和性, 且抑制率可达95 %以上。并对茶多酚与DNA 分子相互作 用的机理作了初步探讨。
Abstract:
The changes of the fluorescent spectrum were studied by using Fluorescence Probe EB when TP and DNA interacted .The results show ed :the inhibition rate of relative fluorescence intensi ty would rise when the concent ration of TP was elevated , and their correlation was linear .The inhibition rate of relative f luo rescence intensity at 1.25 mg/mL concent ration was 0.902 for TP and the concentration of TP was approximately 0.5 mg/mL when the inhibition rate of relative f luo rescence intensity was 50 percent .The inhibition rate of fluorescence intensity , which was treated with TP , was not saturated w hen the concentration varied , even above 95 percent .Meanw hile , the mechanism of interaction of TP and DNA had been discussed preliminarily .
