摘要:
分析液压胀管机在管子胀接过程中压力变化的规律和要求, 提供基于控制图法实施压力故障诊断的方法, 采用PLC 控制 系统实现常见的6 种压力故障诊断并显示, 提高液压胀管机在换热器制造过程中的可靠性。
Abstract:
To analysise the changing role of pressure in expanding process of tube to tube , give the realized method of diagnosing pressure faults based on cont rol chart , apply the control system based on PLC to realize six kinds of diag nosis of pressure faults and it s display , increase reliability of the machine for hydraulic expanding of tube to tube in making hot exchanges .
