摘要:
以玉米淀粉为原料, 通过共聚反应合成了玉米淀粉改性絮凝剂CSF , 并利用正交试验确定了最佳反应配料及反应条件; 将合成的絮凝剂CSF 与无机絮凝剂聚合铁PFS 复配使用处理含油废水, 并用聚丙烯酰胺PAM 作对照试验, 确定了最佳工艺条 件。结果表明:在pH 值为4 , CSF 投量为10 mg/ L 及反应时间为30 min 时, 处理后废水的透光率和COD 去除率分别为91.9 % 和61.4 %, 表明絮凝剂CSF 处理含油废水效率高, 具有良好的絮凝除油性能。
Abstract:
Using the corn starch and initiators to sy nthesize corn starch modified flocculants (CSF), the optimum blend proportions of reactants and reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal test .The disposal effects on the oil wastewater by CSF with inorganic flocculants PFS were investigated by comparing with that of PAM .The results showed that t ranslucent rate and COD removal rate of the eff luents were 91.9 % and 61.4 % respectively under the condition of pH 4 , CSF 10 mg/L and 10 min of reactor time , which indicated that CSF had high efficiency in treating the oil wastewater , and the flocculent character of CSF on the oil wastewater was obvious .
