摘要:
用悬浮接枝法制备了接枝率为2.2 %的聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸作为相容剂, 用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对钠基蒙脱土进行了有 机化处理, 使蒙脱土的层间距从1.2 nm 增加到了3.84 nm。通过熔融插层法制备了插层型聚丙烯/ 蒙脱土纳米复合材料 ( Polypropylene/ Montmorillonite Nanocomposites , PNC) , 复合材料中蒙脱土层间距比有机蒙脱土的层间距又有小幅度的增加。当 蒙脱土含量为2 % , 相容剂用量为15 %时的复合材料力学性能最好, 缺口冲击强度和拉伸强度分
Abstract:
Acrylic acid (AA) was successfully grafted onto polypropylene by suspension process. The maximum AA grafting rata was 2.2 %. The obtained graft copolymer was used as compatilizer for polypropylene/ montmorillonite nanocomposites. Na montmorillonite (MMT) was modified by hexadecylt rimethyl ammonium bromide (HTAB) and the d001 layer spacing increased f rom 1.2 nm to 3.84 nm. Nanocomposites was prepared by melt intercalation and the d001 of montmorillonite in nanocomposites increased a little compared with that of O - MMT. When the montmorillonite content was 2 % and compatilizer content was 15 % , the obtained nanocomposites showed the best mechanical properties with izod impact st rength 12.12 kJ / m2 and tensile st rength 35.77 MPa. The izod impact st rength and tensile st rength increased by 180 % and 4.3 % compared with those of mat rix , respectively. The above results confirmed that the addition of MMT could improve the impact and tensile st rength of polypropylene synchronously.
