摘要:
调度方法是提高车间生产效率的关键。 针对实际车间调 度问题, 提 出一种基于 多代理系 统 ( ( M u lti- A gent- System , M A S) 的生产调度模型, 综合运用了 遗传算法, 蜂群算法, 合同 网机制, 实 现了 M A S 灵活性 与上述算 法对调度 优化的结 合。 分析了 干扰车间调度的因素以及调度优化的目 标, 实现车间的智能化以及车间调度的自 动化。
Abstract:
The scheduling model plays a key role in the enhancem ent of the workshops working efficiency. To solve the workshop scheduling problems, a scheduling model based on MAS ( Multi- Ag ent- System) is proposed in the paper to realize the goal of workshops intellectualization and automatic workshop scheduling. With multiple application o f genetic algor ithm ( GA ) , wasp algorithm ( WA ) and contract - net mechanism, the scheduling model is able to combine the flex ibility of M AS and optim ization through algor ithms mentioned above. At the sametime, the scheduling optimization objectives and the factors disturbing w or kshop scheduling are analyzed in the paper.
