摘要:
以D –葡萄糖和N , N′-–二氨基二苯甲烷为原料, 在甲醇溶剂中合成N, N′- 二葡萄糖二氨基二苯甲烷苷。该产物在 吡啶溶剂中与乙酸酐反应, 得到N , N′-二(2 , 3 , 4 , 6 -四-o -乙酰基) 葡萄糖二氨基二苯甲烷苷, 然后在1 %的碘-甲醇 催化条件下, 选择性的脱去C -6 (6′) 上的乙酰基, 最终得到N , N′-二(2 , 3 , 4 -三-o -乙酰基) 葡萄糖二氨基二苯甲烷 苷。该产物的合成方法未见有文献报道, 所得各化合物的结构均由IR、1 H NMR 等进行了分析表征。
Abstract:
N , N′-diamino -diphenyl -methane g lucoside was prepared by the reaction of D -gluco se with N , N′-diamino -dipheny l -methane in the presence of methanol .Then N , N'-di -(2 , 3 , 4 , 6 -tetra -o -acety l)diamino -dipheny l -methane g luco side was gained by the reaction with acetic anhy dride in the presence of anhydrous pyridine .By selective deacety led in 1 % I2 -MeOH sy stem under refluex condition N , N′-di -(2 , 3 , 4 -tri -o -acetyl)-diamino -dipheny l -methane gluco side was obtained .All synthesis schemes have not been reported .The structures and components of all compounds were characterized by IR and 1 HNMR .
