摘要:
在热油管道输送的工艺计算中, 采用由进出站温度求平均的方法来计算热粘油的其它相关物性参数, 如果进出站油温相 差较大, 则由此方法计算的热粘油物性参数值误差较大。从提高工艺计算的精度上进行考虑, 提出了热油管道工艺计算等长度 离散的处理方法, 按长度分段进行, 逐段计算并给出了计算管段的迭代处理过程。通过算例进行了数值模拟, 结果表明本文方 法正确可靠, 计算精度较高。
Abstract:
In the hot oil pipeline process calculation , more errors are made in calculatio n by the ent ry and e xit temperature s averaging method to calculate the other phy sical parameters of vi scous oil .Acco rdingly , the discrete method based o n equal leng th step increment w as out lined to decrease erro rs easily .The i terative process to g et the temperature -drop in each computing step w as given according ly .T he analysi s result s show s that thi s method has good conformability with practical ope rat ion
