摘要:
以C- 氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷、十二烷基二甲基叔胺为原料, 碘化钠为催化剂合成有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂, 考察了溶剂、催 化剂用量、反应时间等因素对季铵化反应的影响。实验结果表明, 以甲醇、二甲亚砜作混合溶剂, 溶剂用量30%, 碘化钠相对 摩尔用量01 05, 反应温度65 e , 反应48 h 后的反应收率可达821 39%。同时考察了在不同整理工艺条件下用有机硅季铵盐整 理不同织物后各织物的抗菌效果, 为工业化生产及后整理提供方法和依据。
Abstract:
A ty pe o f silico ne quater nary ammonium salt w as sy nthesized by quaterisat ion react io n w ith 3- chloro pro py ltr imethox ysilane and N, N - Dimethy ldodecylamine, and the catalyzer w as sodium iodide. Some factors had been studied for the synthesis, such as the so lvent , the dosage o f sodium iodide and the react io n time. From these ex periment s, the optimal react ion co ndit ions w ere found in mix ing the same amount of the tw o raw materials in the admix ture so lvent of methanol and dimethyl sulfox ide at 65 e for 48 h. The comparative dosag e o f cataly zer used in this act ion w as 01 05. And the y ield of the product w as 821 39%. Some ant ibacter ial test s had also been do ne on dif ferent fabr ics w ith dif ferent techniques. These tests w ere suitable for indust rialized product io n and after- f inishing.
