摘要:
采用传统的固相烧结法于1 120 ?? 烧结2 h 得到( 0?? 82- x) Bi0??5 Na0?? 82T iO3- 0?? 18Bi 0?? 5 K0?? 18 T iO3- x BiFeO3 ( x = 0?? 01 - 0?? 07) 无铅压电陶瓷, 并对该体系陶瓷的微观结构和电学性能进行了研究。结果表明, BiFeO3 的引入量x 为0?? 01- 0?? 07 时, 样品均为具有MPB 准同型相界( 三方相和四方相共存) 的钙钛矿结构。BiFeO3 的引入使陶瓷的晶粒度略有增加; 当x = 0?? 03 时, 样品达到最大致密度。为97?? 7%; 陶瓷的压电常数d 33 随BiFeO3 的引入而降低。陶瓷的相对介电常数?? r 和居里温度随 BiFeO3 的引入而明显增大, 在x = 0?? 03 时达到最大值。
Abstract:
Lead- f ree piezoelect ric ceramics ( 0?? 82- x ) Bi0?? 5Na0?? 82T iO3- 0?? 18Bi0?? 5 K0?? 18 TiO3- xBiFeO3 ( x = 0?? 01- 0?? 07) w ere prepared by co nvent io nal so lid state sintering at 1 120 ?? for 2 h. T he microst ruct re, dielect ric and piezo electr ic propert ies w ere studied. BN KT - xBiFeO3 ceramics w ere in perovskite str ucture. The mo rphot ro pic phase boundary ( MPB ) betw een rhombo hedr al and tet ragonal locates in the BNKT systems ( x= 0?? 01- 0?? 07) . T he addit io n of BiFeO3 incr eases the g rain size of BN KT, but leads to the decrease o f the piezoelect ric constant d33 . The dielect ric constant ??r and curie temperature increase w ith the addit io n of BiFeO3 , and at tain maximum values at 0?? 03% BiFeO3 ( 0?? 5 kHz) .
