摘要:
针对锦沥热油管线线工程实际, 以总能耗费用最小为原则, 以各站进站温度为决策变量, 建立了该管线优化运行的数学 模型, 将这个数学模型看作二维资源分配问题, 采用两层嵌套法的优化思想求解该模型, 并编写计算软件。通过实际运行方案 和优化运行方案对比分析可以看出, 优化后每天可节约运行总费用9 千元, 经济效益可观。
Abstract:
With the char acteristic of the oil pipeline in view, the optimal operation model of long distance heated crude oil pipeline was establ ished, w hich the principle w as minimum energy co nsumpt ion cost s and the decision variables w ere oil temper ature in stat ion and pump scheme. The opt imizat ion model can be see as the quest io n of tw o dimension r esource al locat ing , just as the best resource allocat ion between total pressure and to tal heat . T w o- lay er nest ing method w as used to solv e this mo del and the so ftw are w as dev elo ped. By the comparing results betw een actually running and opt imization running, it was learned that opt imizat ion total costs signif icant ly decrease and the mo del has pr act ical value.
