摘要:
通过ALOHA软件,对某市新北区重大危险源企业的苯罐泄漏事故场景进行模拟分析。根据苯的暴露剂量临界值,确定苯罐泄漏影响的死亡区、重伤区和轻伤区,同时得到最大警戒距离。根据各代表点的暴露剂量,得到各点的个人风险值,并通过Surfer软件绘制风险等值线。通过模拟分析,得到环境风险的程度,为企业应急救援决策以及政府部门的规划布局提供了理论依据和技术支持。
Abstract:
ALOHA software is applied to do simulation analysis of on-the-spot benzene tank leakage from the enterprises as dangerous sources in Xinbei District of a certain city. According to benzene exposure dose threshold, the dead zones, the injured area and slightly injured area of benzene tank leakage as well as maximum alert distance are figured out. According to the exposure dose of every representatives point, the personal risk value of each point is got, and risk contour lines are drawn by Surfer software. By simulation analysis, the extent of environmental risks are obtained, Which can be the theoretical basis and technical support for the planning and layout for government departments and the emergent rescue decision-making for enterprises.
