摘要:
以邻氯苯甲醛(OCAD)、对氯苯甲醛(PCAD)和盐酸羟胺为原料,采用环境友好型无水FeCl3为催化剂,一步反应合成邻氯苯腈、对氯苯腈,并用IR和1H NMR对产物结构进行了表征。通过单因素和正交试验确定了最佳工艺条件:n(邻、对氯苯甲醛)∶n(盐酸羟胺)∶n(三氯化铁)=1.0∶1.2∶0.5,DMF为溶剂,在150℃条件下反应3h,邻氯苯腈的收率为91.5%,纯度为95.3%,对氯苯腈的收率为96.9%,纯度为97.2%。此方法工艺路线短,条件合理,绿色环保,反应收率高,产品纯度好。
Abstract:
2-Chlorobenzonitrile(4-Chlorobenzonitrile) was synthesized by using 2-Chlorobenzaldehyde(4-Chlorobenzaldehyde) and hydroxylamine hydrochloride as starting material with anhydrous FeCl3 as environmental catalyst through one-step reaction. The chemical structures were characterized by means of IR and 1H NMR. The influence of process conditions on the yield of reaction was studied by single-factor experiment and orthogonal test. The optimal conditions for the reaction were: the molar ratio of n(2-Chlorobenzaldehyde or 4-Chlorobenzaldehyde)∶n(hydroxylamine hydrochloride)∶n(FeCl3)=1.0∶1.2∶0.5, reaction temperature 150℃, reaction time 3h, in DMF solvent. The process can get the 2-Chlorobenzonitrile in 91.5% yield and 95.3% purity and the 4-Chlorobenzonitrile in 96.9% yield and 97.2% purity under the above optimized reaction conditions. Excellent yield, cost efficient, environmentally benign and simple work-up process are the added advantages of this protocol.
