摘要:
在融熔状态下, 利用Friedel-craft s 烷基化反应就地增容HDPE/ PS 合金, 考察了催化剂品种, 用量、温度、时间等对合 金性能的影响。结果显示, 无水三氯化铝为一有效催化剂, 对于HDPE/ PS =70/ 30 共混物, 加入1.2 %无水三氯化铝, 140 ℃, 混炼10 分钟, 可获得较高机械性能的合金。
Abstract:
A copolymer of HDPE -g -PS can be fo rmed during melt blending of high density Polyethy lene/ polystyrene (HDPE/PS)blends via a Friedel -craf ts benzene ring alky lation of the PS .The effects of the kinds of Lew is acid , catalyst concent ration , the temperature and the time of the melt mixing on the MFR w ere examined .The results showed that aluminum chloride w as the most efficient catalyst , and the mixing condit ion for acquiring optimum grafting reaction for HDPE/PS =70/30 blends w as that about 1.2 percent of AlCl3 was used at 140 ℃ for 5 minutes ;the higher the temperature and the concent ration of AlCl3 , the more serious the deg radation of the polymer was .The grafts served the funct ion of compatibilizer in the HDPE/PS blends , and therefore , raised the mechanical properties of the blends .
