摘要:
在单螺杆挤出机上, 利用大分子间的Friedel - Crafts 烷基化反应, 就地增容高密度聚乙烯(HDPE) / 聚苯乙烯( PS) 合 金。考察了催化剂的配合, 用量及增容母料对合金性能的影响, 结果显示: 通过反应挤出, 可以生成HDPE - g - PS ; 苯乙烯 单体(St) 的加入, 有利于接枝物的形成; 对于m (HDPE) / m ( PS) = 70/ 30 的合金体系, 加入0.8 份无水三氯化铝, 0.5 份苯乙烯单体, 合金的综合性能较好; 采用m (HDPE) / m (
Abstract:
In this paper , a copolymer of HDPE - g - PS can be formed through reactive ext rusion of high densi2 ty Polyethylene/ Polystyrene (HDPE/ PS) blends via a Friedel - craft s benzene ring alkylation of the PS. The influences of the ratio of Lewis acid and co - catalyst , the catalyst concent ration on the mechanical properties of the blends were examined. The result s showed the composition for acquiring optimum grafting reaction for m (HDPE) / m (PS) = 70/ 30 blends is m (HDPE) / m ( PS) / m (AlCl3 ) / m ( St ) = 70/ 30/ 0.8/ 0.5) . The graft s have the function of compatibilizer in the HDPE/ PS blends , and improve the mechanical properties of the blends. The master batch made by m (HDPE) / m (PS) / m (AlCl3) / m (St) = 50/ 50/ 0.8/ 0.5) at above optimum condition , adding 30 % - 40 % as a compatibilizer for the m (HDPE) / m ( PS) = 70/ 30 blends , can improve mechanical properties more than that of In - Situ Compatibilization of m ( HDPE) / m (PS) = 70/ 30 blends directly.
