摘要:
以氯化苄和对氯苯甲醛为原料,通过格氏法合成4-氯苯基苄基醇,进一步经硅胶负载氯铬酸吡啶(PCC)氧化为成4-氯苯基苄基酮。总产率为75.0%。探讨多种因素对收率的影响,获得控制反应过程的最佳参数。通过IR、1H NMR、13C NMR对产物的结构进行了分析表征。
Abstract:
4-chlorophenylbenzylmethanol was synthesized via Grignardmethod using benzyl chloride and p-chlorobenzaldehyde as starting materials, subsequent oxidation by silica gel loaded pyridinium chlorodichromate afforded 4-chlorophenylbenzylketone with 75% overall yield. Various factors on the yield ofproducts were explored, and the optimal parameters for controlling reaction processes were obtained. The molecular structures of the products were characterized using infrared, 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
