摘要:
环己烯基-2 -烯丙基锌经金属-克兰荪重排反应, 生成2 -烯丙基-1 , 1 -偕二金属环己烷。通过对温度、溶剂量和投 料顺序等重排反应主要影响因素的考察, 可使2 -烯丙基1 , 1 -偕二金属环己烷的收率达到65 %
Abstract:
Allyl -cy clohexeny l zinc undergoes the metalla -Claisen rearrangement leading to 2 -ally l 1 , 1 - Gemdimetallic -cy clohexane .The effects of several factors on the react ion were investig ated such as the react ion temperature , the amount of solvent and the addition sequence of reagent s .The yield of 1 , 1 -Gemdimetallic 2 -allyl -cy clohexane can reach 65 % by this method .
