摘要:
研究从阔叶树木中提取、分离、配制的木质素类中药宁静液, 对急性软组织挫伤及皮肤破损方面进行了药效试验, 为临 床安全用药提供科学依据。对小鼠进行口服, 对豚鼠进行完整和破损皮肤药物接触后可能产生的毒性反应, 过敏反应及刺激反 应。宁静液对小鼠口服给药的最大耐受量为80 m L/ kg 。皮肤受药后在激发24 小时、48 小时、72 小时皮肤未见一例出红斑, 判 定宁静液无过敏反应, 经皮肤刺激反应评分标准判定平均分值为0.16 , 可判定宁静液为无刺激性。
Abstract:
The ef ficacy of Ningjingye on acute injures of sof t tissue is studied in order to provide the scientific basis for clinic safety .Ningjingye is a Chinese medicine abstracted , separated and compounded f rom broadleaf trees .In studying the to xicity reaction , the medicine was tried on mice .To observe allergy and stimulation reactions , the medicine was applied to the skin and bruises of guinea pigs .The maximum oral dose for mice is 80 mL/kg .Af ter 24 h , 48 h , 72 h wi th Ningjingye , the erythema was not found in all , that is , there w as no allergy reaction wi th Ningjingye .The average value is 0.16 by evaluation standard of stimulat ion reaction , and it shows no stimulation f rom Ningjingye .
