摘要:
柔性机构可以通过挤压或注模的方式整体加工, 所以可以减少装配费用, 提高产品的可靠性, 缩短产品的生产周期, 并 降低设备的成本, 因而在“ 免装配设计” 中非常有意义。但到目前为止柔性机构的设计工作很多仍是通过试凑完成的, 这样既 不能保证精度要求, 也无法提高设计效率。根据“ 刚性” 和“ 柔性” 之间的辨证关系, 通过探索、研究, 得出了一种容易理解 和操作的设计计算方法, 可为柔性机构的设计计算提供一定的参考。
Abstract:
Compliant mechanism could be manufactured as a w hole via ex truding or molding .The new mechanism w ould keep the assembly cost s down , improve product reliability , shorten the production time and decrease the cost for the equipment , thus it is significant in design for no assembly .However , most of the design is based on trial because of the dif ficulty in the desig n , and because the accuracy and eff iciency could not reach the standard w e ex pected .A new design method that is easy to understand and convenient to use is studied which is for reference for the design of compliant mechanisms .
