摘要:
采用反冲技术和化学清洗对过滤炼油厂“ 三泥” 水相的陶瓷微滤膜进行再生。通过实验研究, 确定了合适的清洗剂为加 酶洗衣粉, 清洗时间30 min , 清洗剂浓度8 g/ L , 清洗时加压力为0.2 M Pa , 周期为5 min 的低压脉冲。同时探讨了反冲对膜通 量恢复程度的影响, 确定了合适的反冲压力为0.5 MPa 。
Abstract:
The regeneration method of ceramic micro -filtratio n membranes fouled by oily wastewater produced from refinery factory w hich includes chemical cleaning and backpulsing was studied .The experimental result s show ed that the optimum cleaning agent is pow der detergent with enzyme , and the concent ration of detergent is 8 g/L , washing time of 30 min and using low -pressure pulse during chemical w ashing .The pulse condition is pulsing for 5 min at 0.2 MPa .The backpulsing is also used to control the membrane fouling during filt ration process .The optimum backpulsing pressure is 0.5 MPa .
