处理好排油烟、排蒸气、排水、防滑等问题是食堂设计成功的关键, 采用自然拔风的排油烟道、排气道;室内下水道采
用明沟, 操作间地面用广场砖代替地砖;较好地解决了食堂的排烟、排气、排水、防滑等问题, 经过使用证明, 效果较为理
想。

The smoke discharge , steam exhaust , drainage and slideproof are the key s in the desig n of dining -
halls .The aforesaid problems have been w ell solved by chimney ventilation , replacement of g round bricks w ith
plaza bricks and open -ditch drainage .It has been proved that the effect w as satisfied .
