摘要:
通过对炼油厂“ 三泥” 中浮渣性质的分析, 采用絮凝、破乳、离心的方法对该渣进行脱水处理, 考察了絮凝剂、破乳剂 及其用量, 探讨了离心脱水机械用于该渣的可行性, 提出了温度、转速、分离时间等最佳操作参数。
Abstract:
Flotation residue in refinery was treated with the process of flocculation , demulsification and centrifugation by the analysis of the residue characteristics .The kinds and their amounts of flocculation , demulsif ication were studied .The feasibility of cent rifugal hydroext racto r for the residue w as probed .The optimum operat ion conditions , such as temperature , RPM and separating time etc , were proposed .
