摘要:
通过固体颗粒在高速混合器内进行的搅拌混合的试验, 研究了混合器内各结构参数与混合效果的关系, 如筒体直径、主 搅拌桨离筒底的间隙、主辅搅拌桨间距、辅搅拌桨离筒底的距离;分析了混合效果与各结构参数及操作参数的关系。通过固定 1 个物料体系, 进行3 因素(主搅拌桨转速、辅搅拌桨转速、混合时间) 3 水平的正交试验。找出最佳混合参数组合, 给出最 适混合转速及最适混合时间。此型混合机与传统的混合装置相比大大缩短了混合时间, 提高了混合效率、降低能耗。同时还具 备制粒、干燥的功能。
Abstract:
Through the experiment of the powders and granules mixing in the high -speed mixer , this paper characterized the structure parameter of the mixture , such as the diameter of the cylinder , the distance between the main impeller and the bottom of the cylinder , the altitude of the secondary impeller and the distance between the two impellers .An equat ion has been proposed to determine the relationship of the mixing degree and the structure parameter and the operat ion parameter .A suitable impeller speed has been g iven at which the g ranules could reach the highest agitating altitude .An o rthogonal experiment w as given , including three factors , the speed of the main impeller , the speed of the secondary impeller and the mixing time .Each factor has three levels .By this means , the optimum combination of each parameter w as found .
