摘要:
建立了一套净化空气中SO2 的实验室装置和流程。采用渗透稳定性好、吸附速率高的新型离子交换纤维树脂Fiban AK - 22G , 研究了动态条件下空气流速、吸附质(SO2) 质量浓度以及空气湿度对该树脂吸附大气中的SO2 尾气的影响, 确立了树脂 的优化吸附条件。研究表明, 树脂吸附量随SO2 尾气质量浓度增大而增大, 当质量浓度达到300 mg/ m3 后, 吸附量趋向树脂的 交换容量。吻合等温吸附规则;SO2 尾气的相对湿度较小时, 树脂对SO2 几乎不吸附, 相对湿度≥50 %后, SO2 的吸附
Abstract:
A laboratory platform for simulating process of sorption of indust rial acidic tail gas , such as SO2 , from the atmosphere round factories was created .The novel fibrous ion exchanger (Fiban AK -22G)w as used as a sorbent .The material is elast ic to some deg ree and has great osmotic stability and high so rption rate . The influence of the airf low rate , sorbate (SO2)concentration and airflow humidity on the sorption was studied .The optimal conditions of sorption were established , that is , the critical humidity valve corresponds to P/Po =50 %;the amount of sorption of SO2 is increased w ith the SO2 concentrat ion in the gas phase and reached saturation capacity of the ion ex changer , no super -equivalent sorpt ion is found ;the sorpt ion amount of SO2 is no t affected by airflow rate in the linear rate range of (3.1 ~ 9.7)m/min .
