摘要:
新型3 缸单作用恒流量往复泵的动力端采用特殊廓线的凸轮传动机构取代传统往复泵中曲柄连杆机构, 理论上实现了吸 入与排出总管内流量恒定、压力无波动, 从而改善了泵的性能。通过理论分析可知, 柱塞运动规律是等加速-等速-等减速组 合运动规律, 任一时刻各缸流量叠加后为恒定常数。它更适用于要求振动小、无压力波动、流量稳定的场合(如输送聚合物溶 液时)。
Abstract:
The special cam -drive mechanism w hich has replaced t raditional crack -connecting rod mechanism is used as the power end of the new triplex single -function constant flow pump , w hich results theoret ically in constant f low and no pressure fluctuation in the to tal pipeline , and w hich has improved the perfo rmance of reciprocating pump .Through theoretical analy sis , we know that the plunger mo tion law is a combination of uniform accelerated motion , uniform velocity motion and uniform retarded mo tion , and that the sack flow is a constant .
