摘要:
以环己酮为原料, 30 % H2O2 为氧化剂, 在无催化剂存在时, 当加入无水硫酸镁为脱水剂时, ε-己内酯的产率可达 79.9 %。当以负载硼酸的γ-Al2O3 为催化剂, 不加任何脱水剂时, 反应的最佳条件为:反应温度70 ℃, 反应时间3 h , 催化剂 用量2 g , 反应体系各物料的用量:30 %H2O2 11.3 g , 环己酮20 g , 丙酸126 g 。在此条件下, H2O2 的转化率为62.8 %, ε-己 内酯的产率可达59.1 %。
Abstract:
When the cyclohexanone w as used as raw material and 30 %H2O2 was used as oxidant , the yield of ε-caprolactone w as 79.9 % by adding the dehy drat ing agent anhy drous MgSO4 w ithout using the catalyst s. When boric acid w as carried on γ-Al2O3 and used as catalyst wi thout any dehydrating agents , the optimal reaction condit ions w ere :reaction temperature 70 ℃, reaction time 3 h , the amount of the catalyst 2 g , 30 % H2O2 of 11.3 g .The amounts of reactants :cyclohexanone 20 g and propionic acid 150 mL .Under these reaction co nditions , the conversion of H2O2 w as 62.8 % and the yield of ε-caprolactone w as 59.1 %.
