摘要:
使用IR 和DSC 对4 种铝塑复合粘结树脂进行了表征, 发现它们均属于接枝型的聚烯烃树脂, 树脂中除含有化学接枝的 马来酸酐外还含有游离的未接枝MAH 单体以及MAH 的均聚物。接枝酸酐在放置过程中会逐渐吸收空气中的水分水解为羧酸。 MAH 接枝率、基体树脂的结晶度对树脂的粘结性能具有影响。
Abstract:
The st ructures of four adhesive resins for aluminum -plast ics compounding were characterized by using IR and DSC .It was found that all the four resins w ere produced by the method of g rafting of maleic anhydride (MAH)onto polyolefins .Besides the graf ted MAH , the resins also contained ungrafted (free)MAH monomers and polymaleic anhydride .The graf ting ratios for all the four resins were low er than 0.4 g MAH/100 g resin , with the highest g raft ing ratio of 0.35 g MAH/100 g resin in Poly bond 3009 and the low est g raf ting ratio of 0.08 g MAH/100 g resin in ADMER L2100 .The anhydride groups g raf ted in the resins could gradually absorb moisture in the air and then be hydroly zed into the carboxyl groups , g iving rise to the decrease of the reactivity of the graf ted g roups .The adhesion performance of the resins in the interface of Al and PE depended not only on the graf ting ratio of maleic anhydride , but also on the crystallinity and flexibility of the resin mat rix . The lower of the cry stallinity and the mo re f lexible molecular chain w ere , the hig her of the adhesion st reng th could be .
