摘要:
以目前研究比较成功的BaTiO3 晶须为例, 介绍了功能陶瓷晶须的制备方法、晶须定向排布的成型方法和晶须在基体中 的定向排布对材料性能的改善, 并展望了今后的研究方向。
Abstract:
Taking for example BaTiO3 whiskers which are successfully developed , we int roduced the fabrication methods , whisker orientation methods and the degree of crystal -axis o rientation .Chemical Vapor Deposition method , Hy drothermal Synthesis method and Sol -Gel process are popularized on fabricating functional ceramic w hiskers.Ext rusion , Tape -casting , Slip -cast ing , injection moulding and roll compaction are w hisker o rientation methods ;they can effectuate w hiskers′low dimensio ns of one dimension or two dimensions . The improvement of material properties by whiskers orientated in the mat rix is also introduced , such as piezoelectric properties .Future research directions of functional ceramic w hiskers are sug gested and it is show n that w hisker is a new kind of reinforcing , toughening , heat -resisting materials and is suitable for engineering plastics and composi te materials , especially for thermoset ting resins .
