摘要:
研究了对苯二甲酸法合成对苯二甲酰胺的反应过程, 考察了溶剂、温度、时间等反应条件对目的产物收率的影响。结果 表明合成对苯二甲酰胺的优化条件为:用适当量的乙二醇溶解对苯二甲酸二甲酯, 60 ℃常压通氨气反应8 h , 对苯二甲酰胺收 率可达94 %。
Abstract:
The process of dimethylterephthalate amidation to form 1 , 4 -benzenedicarboxamide w as studied . It was found that ethyleneglycol w as the suitable reaction medium .The suitable reaction conditions for 1 , 4 - benzenedicarbo xamide synthesis w ere :using rig ht quantity of ethy leneg lycol to dissolve dimethylterephthalate , carrying out the reaction at 60 ℃ under normal pressure for 8 hours .Thus , the yield of 1 , 4 -benzenedicarbox amide is up to 94 %.And the 80 % of ethy leneg ly col could be recycled .
