摘要:
主要对水分散性异氰酸酯交联剂的合成及性能进行了初步的探讨。通过不同的异氰酸酯与不同的乳化剂反应, 考察了所 生成的交联剂在水中的分散情况, 发现HDI 三聚体与PEG1000 反应所得交联剂在水中的分散效果较好。还考察了所得异氰酸 酯交联剂与水的反应情况, 发现大约在6 ～ 8 h 以内其与水的反应不显著。并讨论了该交联剂与聚丙烯酸酯反应所得交联薄膜在 有机溶剂中的溶胀情况。
Abstract:
The synthesis and properties of water disperse polyisocyanate crosslinker were discussed in this paper .It was found that the w ater disperse polyisocynates can be obtained f rom the HDI trimer and PEG 1000 . The amount of the PEG1000 used should be g reater than 20 % of the isocy nates by weig ht .Within 6 -8hrs, the reaction between the water disperse polyisocyantes and w ater at room temperature w as not very rapid .The sw ell of the crosslinked polyacrylates by the w ater disperse polyisocynates was also discussed .
