摘要:
采用表面活性剂和助表面活性剂将含油样品乳化成微乳液, 用紫外分光光度计直接在水相中进行了炼油厂“ 三泥” 治理 过程中污水中油含量的二阶导数法直接测定。考察了微乳剂的种类及用量, 盐酸、S2 -、NO - 3 、苯胺、苯酚等质量浓度对测定 的影响。研究结果表明, 方法的线性范围0 ~ 50 mg/ L , 标准偏差≤0.001 , 相对标准偏差≤8.3 %。加标回收率为90.0 % ~ 101.7 %, 经水样测定并与标准方法对照, 结果令人满意。
Abstract:
A method for the direct determination of oil content in refinery wastewater by second -order derivative ultraviolet spectropho tomet ry was proposed .Because the oily sample was emulsified by surfactant and assistant , an overall determination w as perfo rmed di rectly in the aqueous phase , thus noextraction and pretreatment procedures were needed , which improves accuracy of determination and working efficiency .The linear range of calibration curve was from 0 to 50 mgL -1 , and the standard deviation and the relative standard deviation of this method were less than 0.001 and 8.3 % respectively .The recoveries of addition standard oil w ere from 90.0 % to 101.7 %.Therefore this method w as more accurate and simple in comparison w ith the standard method .
