摘要:
采用2 , 3 -二甲基-2 , 3 -二苯基丁烷(DMDPB) 为高温引发剂, 在双螺杆挤出机上通过一步法反应性共混制备了聚 酰胺66 (PA66)/ 聚乙烯合金。使用扫描电镜、M olau 实验等方法研究了共混物的形态, 并且比较了由一步法反应性共混得到 的合金材料与PA66/ 聚乙烯简单共混物、以及二步法共混合金在干、湿态下的力学性能。结果表明:采用将PA66 、高密度聚 乙烯(HDPE)、马来酸酐、以及高温引发剂DMDPB 加入双螺杆挤出机进行一步法反应共混的方法可以得到与二步法共混合金 形态和性能相似的塑料合金, PA66 的韧性可以得到明显改善。
Abstract:
PA66/HDPE alloys were prepared by a socalled one -step react ive compatibilization process in w hich HDPE , 2 , 3 -dimethyl -2 , 3 dipheny lbutane (DMDPB)and PA66 were added in tw in screw ex t ruder .The morphology of the alloys was studied using SEM and Molau experiment , the mechanical propert ies of the PA66/HDPE alloys under dry or/and w et conditions were also compared with those of PA66/HDPE blends prepared through a simple blending of PA66 and HDPE with or without HDPE graf ted maleic anhydride compatibilizer .The results showed that the alloys possed similar morphology and mechanical properties to those of the blends of PA66 and HDPE wi th compatibilizer .
