摘要:
研究了服装厂有机染整废水化学需氧量的微波辐照法快速测定, 考察了微波功率、辐照时间、温度、压力、酸度及氯离 子浓度等因素对CODcr测定结果的影响。与标准K2Cr2O7 回流法比较, 测定结果用F 检验法及t-检验法分别进行检验, 没有发 现显著性差异。而本法样品处理时间由2 h 缩短为5 min , 大大提高了工作效率。对服装厂有机染整外排废水的水样, 在300 ~ 1 050 mg/ L 质量浓度范围内, 方法的相对偏差在-5.7 %~ 0.9 %之间, 对CODc r值在300 ~ 500 mg/ L 的标准水样方法的相对偏 差在1.0 ~ 2.3 %之间, 测定标准样品时与标准值之间的相对偏差在1.0 ~ 1.6 %之间, 方法的加标回收率在108.3 %~ 95.0%之 间。方法操作简便、快速、成本低, 样品测定既不受环境污染也不会对环境造成污染, 适用服装厂大批量的染整废水样品常规 控制分析
Abstract:
A new method for the measuring quickly of CODcr in organic coloring reagent wastewater for dyeing and triming cloth was studied by microwave radiation under pressure in a closed vessel in this paper .The power , radiation time , temperature , pressure of microwave , acidity of sample solution , and so on w ere optimized w hen the microw ave radiation w as used .The biggest allow able value of the concent ratuon of Cl - was examined .Seven samples of organic coloring reagent wastewater for dyeing and triming cloth at difference time range w ere determinated and compared with the results obtained by the standard method .The radiation time w as reduced to 5 min from 2 hour using this method .There w as no significant difference acco rding to F -test and T - test .The precision of this method was better than 1.3 % and the recoveries were from 95.0 % to 108.3 %. The results w ere satisfactory .The advantages of this method were simple , time and labor saving and low cost . In addition , it did not pollute environment , and was appropriate for batch analy sis and easy to popularige , etc ..
