摘要:
分析了现有V 带传动预紧力计算公式存在不足, 预紧力值偏小, 带速越高, 小的越多。对高速V 带传动用现有预紧力计 算公式是不合适的。给出了预紧力的精确计算公式, 为高速V 带传动的设计计算提供了切合实际的理论依据。
Abstract:
The paper analysed the calculation formula which was now being used for the advance tension of V - belt drive , and pointed out that the formula was not accurate .The higher the velocity of V -belt , the smaller the calculated value was .It was no t suitable that the calculatio n formula now being used for the advance tension of higher velocity V -belt was utilized .The paper g ave the accurate fo rmula for calculating the advance tension of V -belt drive .The given formula supplied the theoretical bases fo r the practice of designing calculation of higher velocity V -belt drive .It had impo rtant sig nificance .
