摘要:
探讨了丙烯酸与醋酸乙烯的共聚原理, 研究了单体用量、PVA 用量、引发剂用量、乳化剂型号及反应温度对乳液初粘性 及粘接强度的影响, 并确定了最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明: 与聚醋酸乙烯均聚乳液相比, 二元共聚乳液不仅提高了粘接强 度, 而且有良好的初粘性, 再者还可减少醋酸乙烯用量, 降低了原料成本。
Abstract:
The principles of emulsion polymerization of acroleic acid- vinyl acetate were discussed in this paper. The ef fects of amount of monomer ( AA and VAC) , amount of PVA, amount of react ion init iator, v ar-i eties of emolsif ier and reaction temperature on the adhesive intensity and initial adhesiveness had been studied, and the optimum operation conditions were determined. The results show ed that compared with the VAC emu-l sion, the AA- VAC emulsion had characteristics of high adhesive intensity, f ine init ial adhesiveness and lower product cost .
