摘要:
利用生物化学发光法(CuSO4 - VC - H2O2 - 酵母悬浮液体系化学发光检测法和次黄嘌呤- 黄嘌呤氧化酶- 鲁米诺体系化 学发光检测法) 研究了两种天然抗氧化剂(茶多酚和银杏提取物) 对自由基的清除作用。实验表明, 茶多酚、银杏提取物均具 有清除OH- 、O - 2 自由基的作用。两者相比较, 以茶多酚清除OH- 和O - 2 的能力较强, 银杏提取物相对较弱。
Abstract:
The author uses the chemiluminescence determination of CuSO4 - VC - H2O2 - Yeast suspension sys2 tem and hypoxanthine - xanthine oxidase - Luminol system to study the effect of two kinds of natural antioxi2 dant s scavenging f ree radicals. The result shows that Tea Polyphenols ( TP) and Ext ract of ginkgo biloba ( EGB) had effect s on clearing away OH- and O - 2 . When these two antioxidant s were compared , the order of clearing away both OH- and O - 2 was R TP > R Egb.
