摘要:
测定了废水中氨氮的脱除动力学数据, 并建立合适的传质动力学模型对实验数据进行模拟计算。实验中考察了pH 、温 度、氨氮起始质量浓度等因素对动力学模型参数k 的影响, 在实验测定的范围内, k 随着溶液pH 增大而减小, 随着溶液温度 升高而减小。通过机理分析得到:增大pH 和升高温度, 促进了废水中氨氮的转化, 对传质过程起到强化作用, 提高过程进行 的速率。为氨氮脱除动力学的进一步理论研究奠定基础, 为过程设计提供一定的参考依据。
Abstract:
The kinetics data of removing ammonia -nit rogenous from w astew ater were measured in this paper . The fit ted kinetics model of mass transfer was established and simulated with the kinetics experimental data . The effect s of pH , temperature and the initiative concent ration of ammonia -nitrogen on the model parameter k w ere studied .The value of k was decreasing with increasing pH and temperature of solution .The reasons w ere g ained f rom mechanism analysis :increasing pH or temperature of solution , translation of ammonia -nitrogen w as promoted , the mass transfer process w as strengthened and the velocity of process w as improved .The result s can provide basis for theoretic research on kinetics model of removing ammonia -nit rogen and reference on the design of the process .
