摘要:
提出了折射率和层厚分别递增或递减的准周期一维光子晶体结构, 并用传输矩阵计算了此类准周期光子晶体的透射谱, 其光子带隙均相对于周期性光子晶体带隙产生了移动。当折射率递变时, 移动方向与递变符号有关。当层厚递变时, 光子带隙 均向长波方向移动。光子带隙移动量的大小随周期数的增加而增加。
Abstract:
A quasi -periodic one -dimensional photonic crystal structure was proposed , in which the refractive index and the layer thickness respectively increased or decreased .By using the Transfer Matrix Method the transmission spectra of such a quasi -periodic photonic crystal was calculated numerically , of which the photonic band -gap moved away from the position of periodical photonic crystal band -gap .When the ref ractive index changed the moving direction , it relied on the sign of change .When the thickness changed the photonic band - gap always moved in the direction of long -wavelength .The magnitude of photonic band -gap shifting increased w ith the number of periods increasing .
