摘要:
在专门制作的试验装置上, 通过对含水油的脱水试验, 探讨操作参数、物性参数对油脱水型旋流器分离性能的影响规 律。实验中引入临界底流分率R f , c及R f , c/φi 的概念, 在R f , c下, 旋流器分离性能最佳。在油脱水型旋流器中, R f , c起着操作指 导或控制参数的作用。
Abstract:
A test rig has been specially built up to meet the requirements for control and measurement .The effects of operational and feed parameters on the separation performance of dewatering hydrocyclones have been investigated with tests .A critical split ratio (R f , c)is defined as the maximum overall ef ficiency .The ratio R f , c/ φi is suggested as an indicator of hydrocy clone effectiveness and a useful control parameter
