自然界存在一种革兰氏阴性, 专性好氧菌透明颤菌1 # (Vit eroscil la 1 #), 在微氧条件下, 可以诱导合成一种类似于 血红蛋白的可溶性物质, 即透明颤菌血红蛋白(Vi tereoscil la Hemoglbim , VHb)。受体恶臭假单胞菌6 -81 (Pseudomonas p utida 6 -81) 具有降解PTA 功能。VHb 基因在受体6 -81 中克隆并获得表达。研究了转化子LEY -9 与受体6 -81 在不同供氧条 件下对PTA 降解率的差异。在供氧条件下, LEY
Abstract:
The Vi treoscil la 1# was a Gram -negative obligate aerobe .Under the condition of tiny oxygen , it can be induced to synthesize one category of dissoluble material like the hemoglobin , namely the Vitereoscil la Hemoglbim (VHb).The receptor Pseudomonas putida 6 -81 had the function of degrading PTA (p -Phthalic acid).The gene of VHb was cloned and expressed in the Pseudomonas putida 6 -81 .Studied the t ransformant LEY -9 with the receptor 6 -81 under the different conditions that resulted in different PTA degradat ion rates.Under the condition of providing the oxygen , the rate of PTA degradation caused by the LEY -9 was 29.6 % higher ;under the condition of limiting the oxygen , the rate of PTA degradat ion caused by the LEY - 9 was 39 % higher than 6 -81 .Under the condition of limiting the oxygen , the rate of PTA degradation caused by the LEY -9 was 20.6 % higher than 6 -81 , under the condition of providing the oxygen .The gene of VHb was cloned in 6 -81 cell ;it has higher rate of PTA deg radation in the lower deliquescence o xygen environment .
