摘要:
研究了石英毛细管内表面活性点处理方法, 并在适当的温度下, 用C1P 引发交联, 制备SE - 54 石英毛细管柱。实验结 果表明: 经预脱活毛细管内表面与固定相的润湿性得到显著改善, 同时提高了色谱柱的柱效和耐温性能, 降低了柱流失, 柱效 达2 700 块/ m 以上。讨论了柱温对分离参数的影响, 并应用于几个分析实例, 得到了令人满意的结果。
Abstract:
A new method of preparing high effcient capillary column was studied. The wall of fused - silica cap2 illary tube was pret reated to delete active sites prior to coating stationary phase. The columns were coated by superdynamic method with C. P as cross - linking reaction agent under proper temperature. The separation and retention behaviors under different oven temperture were also investigated. The experiment results showed that the number of effective plates was over 2 700/ m. The cross - linked capillary columns possess excellent separation efficiency , wettability , inertness and stability at high temperature. The prepared capillary column was applied to several sample analysis with satisfactory results.
