摘要:
以4 - 氯甲苯、镁粉为原料经微量I2 引发反应制得格氏试剂对甲苯基氯化镁, 在无水氯化锰催化下与2 - 氯苯腈进行偶 联反应合成2 - 氰基- 4′- 甲基联苯。讨论了合成过程中主要副产物4 - 甲基苯酚、4 , 4′- 二甲基联苯以及苯腈等的形成原因, 提出了减少或消除这些杂质的有效途径。
Abstract:
2 - cyano - 4′- met hylbip henyl was synt hesized by condensation of 2 - chlorobenzonit rile wit h t he Grignard reagent of 4 - chlorotoluene using anhydrous manganous chloride as catalyst . The possible origins of 4 - met hylp henol , 4 , 4′- dimet hylbip henyl , benzonit rile were discussed.
